"​⭐️⭐️ Out of 5 Stars ​Great hotel, but a total nightmare with the deposit refund! ​The Good: The hotel itself was actually great. The rooms felt brand new, modern, and were spotlessly clean. The staff on-site were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect up until check-out. ​The Bad (and the reason for this rating): I left a deposit at check-in. It has now been 3 weeks since our stay, and the money has still not been refunded to my account. ​What makes...

"The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain! "

"Schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Service Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt - das Zimmer war modern und sauber, die Dachterrasse cool und die Innenstadt mit der Metro schnell zu erreichen. Vor allem begeistert hat uns aber das Team der Rezeption vor Ort, was sich trotz Stress mit vielen zeitgleichen Anreisen noch um ein besonderes Anliegen von uns gekümmert hat."

"Nest was a wonderful stay — clean, stylish, and with a spacious bathroom and great in-room amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The one downside is the location can be tricky for taxis/Ubers, and it’s 20–30 minutes from main tourist areas by metro. Still worth it — we’d stay again and recommend it!"

"If you are in Paris, you HAVE to stay here! The property and hotel are STUNNING. You feel like you are secluded while still being in the city. The staff are AMAZING. They were so friendly and attentive. We went with my 5 year old, and she LOVED the pool and spa. I would stay here again!!"

"Zoals gewoonlijk uitstekend en vriendelijk ontvangen. Deze keer een kleine kamer geboekt voor 2 nachten. We kregen een upgrade naar comfort kamer. Parkeren is ideaal op eigen afgesloten terrein. Een plus is het zwembad / jacuzzi en sauna. Ontbijt prima. We zijn hier al heel wat keren geweest, het personeel kent ons inmiddels. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen."
