"The hotel is in need of an update, with attention to detail for any renovations. The walls of the hotel rooms are thin and you can hear people in neighbouring rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially given one of our party were being disturbed by a party in the neighbouring room. Staff moved them to another room. Breakfast was ok. The spa/swimming pool is in need of some tlc."

Our room was on the 2nd floor and fortunately there is a tiny ancient lift that is just big enough for 2 people and a suitcase, the room was 'cosy' but big enough, the ensuite had a good shower with somewhere for your shampoo etc if you didn't want to use theirs, it could have done with a hook nearby for your towel but that's my only minor complaint. "This Hilton Hotel is superb! The reception desk people were so helpful. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the cricket ground, which is why we booked to stay there. Beefy's restaurant on the upper ground floor of the hotel was exceptional both for dinner and breakfast. One thing we would have appreciated in our room was a small refrigerator to keep wine, water and milk cold"
