"The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure."

"I booked this apartment 11 months in advance, and specifically this apartment because it was (and still is) being advertised that it has a sea view. Having looked forward immensely to a weekend by the sea, staying in an apartment overlooking the sea, you can imagine my disappointment on entering the apartment to find not one sea view from the apartment. On contacting the owner, he advised that as someone else had paid him more (through an alternative travel website) he gave the apartment...

Forest Park Country Hotel & Inn, Brockenhurst, New Forest

"Mini break this is the second time staying at this hotel this year, we returned as our first stay was so good. Staff are helpful friendly and extremely polite in every area. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The only thing I would change would be more options on the menu as it is the same every night apart from Sunday which is Sunday Roast which I was disappointed in chose of gaming or chicken only beef was offered at a higher price which should have been the same price no lamb or pork offered. Vegetables every evening plus Sunday is Carrots plus broccoli spears on Sundays only which I found in edible as they were hard and undercooked. They do offer one fish dish or a vegetarian option but could definitely improve on menu choices and add some green vegetables. "
