"After a long flight our room was ready when we arrived a couple of hours early. Perfect. The location was convenient. The room was fine, we did not make use of the available gin."

"Lovely views and a comfortable stay. Room was very big and the shower was excellent. The fridge wasn’t working but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food in the restaurant that had beautiful views of the harbour. Great location for exploring The Island. Staff very helpful.Swimming pool was great too although a bit on the warm side. However a good size. Bar area was really good too. "

"We had a lovely time at the Hilton.We came for the Cricket and found the hotel to be a perfect choice. The Receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely. "The number one thing about this property is the staff! They are helpful, compassionate and so professional. This is the best place to stay before cruising out of Southampton. As you can imagine, they are constantly dealing with people who want to check in early after an overnight international flight, or who want to check out late because they can’t board their ship until after noon. We were in a quiet part of the hotel and was not disturbed by noise. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back. "
