"Nous avons décidé de changer notre itinéraire pour aller vers le Pacifique après avoir entendu parler de cet établissement nouvellement rénové… et quelle excellente décision ! Le Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco est idéalement situé sur la magnifique baie d’Acapulco, offrant un parfait équilibre entre charme, authenticité et confort moderne. Les chambres rénovées sont élégantes, spacieuses et très confortables. La plage est à côté, facilement accessible, et surtout , aucun problème de sargasse. L’eau est belle et propre, et la mer est relativement paisible, ce qui permet de nager sans risque et de profiter pleinement du Pacifique. C’est aussi un endroit parfait pour faire de longues marches sur le sable au coucher du soleil, avec une vue spectaculaire sur la baie. Les prix sont accessibles et offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Pour les foodies, l’emplacement est également idéal : il y a une offre gastronomique exceptionnelle dans les restaurants aux alentours, avec des options pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets — des petites adresses locales authentiques jusqu’aux restaurants plus raffinés. Le service est excellent : attentionné, chaleureux et professionnel. On ressent véritablement être authentiquement au Mexique, dans l’accueil, l’ambiance et l’énergie du lieu. Je recommande cet établissement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience confortable, accessible et profondément authentique sur la côte Pacifique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! 🌊"

"Clean room, staff very courteous, pool kept clean. Breakfast pastries boring, same staff day after day. One very expensive restaurant on the resort, no possibility to by any snacks or drinks, in need for a small store. Had to hire a cab every time you needed to go to the restaurant areas, Main Street, if you wanted to by any food supply. The beach restaurant same expensive, with limited menu. Constant cab drives for every need made it very expensive, not practical."

"The stay at this hotel was not what I was expecting at all. I paid more to have a better room and to begin it took over an hour to receive my room and a lady that was helping the girl that was checking us in was very rede and had a terrible service. It is not close to the beach and the pools close at 10pm but the worst part of all is that that we stayed at a better room and it was floated and ended up falling asleep with the maintenance guy fixing the roof. I will never stay here again. room and it took over an hogetp "

"Spotless, comfortable, excellent"

"Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Staff were horrible and Hotel.com left us stranded. Stay away from this hotel and if you expect to be protected by this platform forget that too "
