"We liked our stay - except for the pillows in the room. They were too puffy and thick. It would be nice to have multiple types/sizes of pillows. We like flatter/thinner pillows and these were too big and thick/high as they hurt the neck.
We had to use a towel as a pillow.
Everything else was wonderful!"

"My employees arrived on a work trip at property to find it under construction, with the pool closed, homeless vagrants attempting to gain access to hotel through propped open exterior doors and being given a drink box and a yogurt for what was described as being a full breakfast being served.
None of this was shared on Expedia website in hotel description.
