"The welcome was what I expected, very pleasant desk staff, helpful and obliging. The room was very comfortable, adequate room to relax, very good ambiance and nice comfortable bed. The vanity room was spacious and very clean and we stocked with supplies. My only concern was the shower waste grill not secured in place and could easily case injury to ones foot if not aware. "With the Rydges being only walking distance from the stadium it was the perfect location for a staycation. The hotel was humming with rugby fans and the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive as it got busier. The pool was great for a quick swim."

"The underground parking is convenient but is an extra 40$. There was no hot chocolate or sweetener in the room. Weird smell but think it's the body wash"
