Asked reception to order a taxi for the next morning 6.30am as I was going to Ross Hall Hospital and for extra coffee. Neither was done. Helpful overnight staff sorted it. Hotel felt dated with clunky keys."

"The room was very spacious, clean, equipped with amenities. I prepaid for the breakfast to get the discounted rate. The buffet had great selection, and all items I tried were of excellent quality. There is a pool onsite as well."

"Parking was very limited but we managed to get a space. Location is great Mohammad who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very comfortable relaxed feeling. We booked a deluxe bedroom with views over Botanic Gardens hoping for a peaceful night, however this was very much not the case as the very busy main road between the hotel and the gardens produce a lot of traffic noise all night. I would still book this hotel again but choose a different location of room if possible. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and fresh food being brought out when running low."
