"L'établissement est bien situé, à proximité immédiate d'un arrêt de tram. La décoration semble à première vue chaleureuse. Malheureusement l'arrivée dans la chambre nous refroidi directement. La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous avec des saletés au sol, le nettoyage des toilettes est discutable, présence de moisissures au niveau des fenêtres. Le point culminant a été la présence d'un énorme cafard en plein milieu de la nuit dans la salle de bain.... Le réceptionniste le jour de notre départ...

"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator...

"Eierspeisen verbesserungsbedürftig, Rühreier kalt und wohl mit Pulver zubereitet. Speck schwamm in Fett. Kaffee war etwas fade. Das Restaurant hingegen war sehr gut. Essen hat geschmeckt mit fairen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Im Übernachtungspreis sollte der SPA Besuch inkludiert sein. Ich empfand den SPA Bereich als sehr gelungen, jedoch sollte bald eine Renovierung anstehen. Die vielen Regeln stören den Besuch etwas. Vielleicht könnten die Regeln in einem Flyer im...

"The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of...
