"The property was exactly as described. It is located close to Rocky Mountain National Park which is the main reason we booked this stay. The jacuzzi was great as we all were able to enjoy this added bonus. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we had dinner earlier before. The views out the restaurant is spectacular as itoverlooks the mountains and the nearby lakes. Overall, the experience was outstanding with amenities closed by and comfortable beds for our family."

"My Wife and I had a great Stay and Everything was easy going from Booking to allowing our Pets to come and stay as well. Also Nena who is the Caretaker/House keeper was extremely helpful and very Friendly. We did not get a Chance to say Thank you due to us leaving so Early and will also be mailing a Thank you card with Appreciation tip for all her help. We love visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. We will definitely be booking a stay next year when we come back to Visit. We are...

"Bed was hard. But overall we really liked the place and the super friendly staff! Love that the bar, restaurant, check in are one location. It creates a fun community. Food was okay, nothing exciting. Excellent location in regards to the downtown of Winter Park. "

"Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck. "
