Eneko nos ha explicado lo que es ser pastor y el proceso del queso Idiazabal con detalle y detenimiento. Producen el mejor queso idiazabal que hemos probado en un proceso 100% artesanal. Es un Baserri que lleva en la familia Goiburu 200 años. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos!"

"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"

"Hotel was clean with indifferent staff. We stayed 5 nights during extreme heat conditions and were allocated one 33cl of water without incurring extra charge. The room had four coffee pods but only two sachets of milk. I was given two extra sachets following my third request at reception. I asked to borrow two glasses from the bar area for use in the room and was accommodated very begrudgingly. On one of the mornings we left the hotel at around 07:45 and did not return until 17:00. "Do not recommend the hotel for various reasons during the summer. The AC did not work; engineer came and spent 10 minutes and gave us a small fan to sleep at night for a room that we paid $300's. During check in ,they took my number but never texted / called me to tell us when room is ready and we waited from 1:30pm to 8pm. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small.
