"The host was amazing during my stay. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The room was clean and well maintained."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a good choice to spend the night here and take a day trip to the busy San Sebastian. It was convenient to have breakfast included."

"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. "This is a great stop off to break up long drives. The rooms are basic, but clean and well sound proofed. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine. Our dog was treated to a welcome pack, but it wasn't made clear where he was or wasn't allowed in the public areas."

"La habitación muy limpia, la chica de recepción un 10, muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo. La comida estaba muy buena"

"Excellent location, very clean"

"Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin."

"Todo perfecto"

"Le personnel adorable, le lieu top et l hébergement excellent"

"An excellent location for an overnight stay en route to Portugal, with amazing views and plenty of space to relax and unwind after many hours in the car. The owners were friendly and very accommodating - providing recommendations for dinner and things to do. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. "

"Small town but enough for all your needs. Service was excellent, friendly, would definitely visit again."

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"
