"We we greeted on arrival by Anthony (owner). On arrival we asked for a first floor room overlooking the fields..which was no problem to accomodate. If we had any issues they were dealt with straight away. Anthony and Margaret (sister) were always around and always very cheerful. The property is spotlessly clean with bed linen and towels changed every 2 days and room always smells fresh and clean when you get back. Very close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk away to beach....

"Полное отсутствие интернета!!!!!!Его нет от слова совсем!Это все минусы.Дальше плюсы.Очень большой номер!Очень чистая и удобная кровать-просто отоспались и ничто не мешало вообще-петухи,собаки,стуки в коридоре,соседи....их не слышно,Бассейн -просто супер.Далеко от пляжа-это фишка для всех отелей бинаулима либо центре, либо далеко от него. И еще...для любителей ездить с мультиварками-таки есть для вас все!Есть где в номере расположиться и есть где все для этого купить,Овощи,фрукты,свежая кура...

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
