"Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have."

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant. A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great). "We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There...
