"The Thames Head Inn is a great gem. It's about a 1 mile walk from the Kemble train station, I walked alongside the road since taxi service is scarce and had no problems. There aren't any other businesses nearby, so I ate dinner there as well (delicious) and paid for breakfast the next morning (also delicious). I hiked to the nearby source of the River Thames, which was neat to see. The room was clean, had a blackout curtain, and a private bathroom. The area was quiet overall and I didn't have...

"Lovely hotel, comfy with dog friendly option. No pool onsite. Good service with prompt attention to put things right when there is a problem. Well done for that. Lovely regency square with park/gardens located 3 mins from town centre. Dozen car spaces and ample NCP space only 1 min walk. Would definitely return."

"The location is good. The hotel and grounds are really nice. My wife loved the pool and steam room. The hotel was excellent. We really loved it. It was luxery for us. The breakfast was fantastic. All the staff we met were really good, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return. A great few days were had."
