"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

"Wow, what an incredible view from my suite window. I could see out to the 3 Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. You can sit in the jacuzzi tub and marvel at the Pyramids. The king bed and decor in the room were so beautiful. The best part was the service. The team at the front were so hospitable and kind, they arranged a breakfast to be packed up to go with me to the airport because I had to leave before breakfast was open.
