"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was great, pool was great, gym was great. Great balcony view of the Nile. Do NOT pay for the executive lounge. The food was inedible - fruit going bruised/rotten, liquid eggs, stale cereal, etc. There are additional restaurants and cafes on site. "

"The whole experience was great. The staff were attentive and catered to our needs. We had one incident at check out where the staff were trying to charge us for excursions that we already paid for but that could have been miscommunication on the staff's behalf. Overall a good stay at this location . The rooftop has amazing views of the pyramids and the food has traditional Egyptian cuisine."
