"I didn't get to take my trip due to a car accident... the resort was unable to make me a refund because I booked through Expedia... Then your trip insurance turned down my coverage on the reservation... So overall I'm less than happy and actually quite pissed... Overall I'm out $330..."

"Beautiful property! The interior of the hotel was nice and very clean. The ice machine on our floor was not working and the walls were very thin. We were disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 11:00 pm on Thursday and 10:30 pm on Saturday when we were told by the front desk that they were open until midnight. We enjoyed the food and live music at Irish pub on the property. Overall, good stay."

"This is our third time staying at the Marshall House, but found out it is now under new ownership. We sincerely hope the standards will remain the same or even improve. There was a miscommunication in housekeeping/Maid service, but Martha (front desk) went above and beyond to rectify the situation and personally came up and cleaned our room after hours.
