"Great location! You can walk to museums, restaurants, and the botanical garden. Politan Row (food hall) is right next door. The hotel is also close to a Marta station. Wonderful staff. Fridays and Saturdays they have a DJ. Bar had great small bites. My king room was spacious and had a sitting area. Perfect solo trip accommodation!"

"Check in was a bit overwhelming, as it was very crowded. I wish I checked in online. The staff were very friendly. My children had a great time during our stay. We stayed in the grizzly suite and it was plenty of space. "

"Due to World Cup the hotel imposed mandatory room inspections which was not indicated on their website prior to arrival. The staff was excellent however completely overwhelmed at busy times such as breakfast, where the food either extremely slow to be replenished or just not. The hotel did not allow for you to use a luggage cart, you had to use the bell service, and the valet was $60 a night. Overall the staff were extremely polite and helpful, however I would not stay at this Hilton again."

"I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!"

"The room seemed clean at first. However, the bathroom mirror had two large cracks in it. Later in the night I was made aware of several cockroaches in the room. I spent the whole morning trying to trap and kill the cockroaches. I have video evidence of the debacle that ensued."

"The pool is the so small m. In the site it appears to be much larger and had lounge chairs in the phot and there were none. Misleading."

"The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was very clean, safe and comfortable. As a single traveler I felt good being there . It was conveniently located next to restaurants and the mall. Parking was $25 per day, was my only complaint. The bar served wonderful drinks and food"

"Overall a good stay, the bartender and servers at the restaurant were very professional and friendly, they took cared of us very well, the main issue was since we checked in our room tv was not working, so after I called and reported I was told that they were aware and that they had already order the missing piece and was going to be fixed the next morning. After we returned from being out our second day the tv was still not fixed and nobody had reached to me about it, quite disappointed."
