"Expensive valet parking . No self park that I could see. In room fridge was not working and lights in room were not all working. We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm. "

"We WERE repeat customers until this past weekend. Do not waste your money on this place. Overcrowded, hazardous conditions and not enough staff or security to keep rogue customers in check. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as we had to cut our weekend short 7 hours in. She couldn’t even swim in the pool without being knocked over by other kids. At night there was screaming and yelling up the halls, outside and above our head was banging to the point where we could not even watch tv or fall...

"We checked in late. Staff were excellent in helping us get transportation from off site rental car drop off point to the airport. Not enough time to check out the amenities but the room and property were clean and in good shape."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky."

"I want to preface this review by saying the hotel was GREAT however, the lady in the front was horrible. Her name was Charity I believe. I checked in late due to our flight pilot not showing up and us being delayed for a long time. I arrived at the hotel late at night and she started giving me attitude and saying she no empathy for us and kept berating us. That is no way to treat travelers who are tired from travel and trying to check in to get some rest. She needs to be reprimanded. Everyone...
