"Gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend en de badkamer en de muren hadden een aantal vieze plekken. Het bed lag niet top en je kan echt je kont niet keren in de kamer. Het bed was opgedekt voor 1 persoon terwijl is doorgeven dat de kamer voor 2 personen was. Ook is er 0 opbergruimte voor je spullen. Airco deed het wel goed en de locatie van het hotel was goed."

"Lovely rooms, best location & helpful staff"

"Loved my junior suite, well appointed, clean, quiet and efficient! The staff was attentive, very pleasant and helpful. I used the gym facilities, clean and nice. The buffet breakfast had an array of choice and was well prepared and satisfying! The location was superb, very close to Tivoli Gardens and the Glyptotek, and very close to Central train station and all public transit! I would not hesitate to stay at Locke again!"

"The staff was very nice and helpful and property is in a very central location and overall very clean. However, the air conditioning was terrible the worst I’ve encountered in Europe. The bathroom by the gym was beyond filthy. It didn’t appear to belong to the property."

"Pro: Staff was nice and helpful. I appreciate the sustainability commitment. They have a lovely spa that had an adults only option. You can rent a bike. The gym is decent. They bartenders were great. Con: The rooms are so small. Their towels are low qualities. They had a water cooler station in the lobby but didn't refill it as needed. You had to schedule a room cleaning but when they "cleaned" they didn't even sweep the floors. They left crumbs on the room floor and hair on the bathroom...

"Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared and the rooms do not have air conditioning. They do provide a small fan, but it can be quite noisy and isn’t enough on warmer days. Other than that, everything was ok."
