"This place is amazing. They welcomed us and checked us in quickly. We had a garden view room across the street of their main property. We had the best of both worlds with a more foilage view from our back patio and a quick few steps across the street to the pool, beach among other amenities. Great servuce. Large room. Large bathroom. Dock right at the beach for water excursion pickup and drop off. Right near Matira beach (about 10 minute walk) and close to a few great restaurants and the Tiare...

"We had no hot water in our room. However, the hotel went to great lengths to remedy the issue, including paying for multiple breakfasts and lunches. They also allowed us to use the changing rooms to shower where there was hot water. They were sold out so another room wasn’t an option. It was disappointing that the facilities weren’t fully functional, but the manager stepped up to remedy the issue. They showed that they cared and that’s what matters. "
