"The hotel is a little dated but the rooms are clean. Our bathroom was renovated and huge! Staying here is worth it for the pools. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The location of the hotel is easy to access and locate, just by the highway. Only 10 minutes drive to downtown Chilliwack, where the 1881 district is beautiful and neat with great restaurants. The staff of the hotel was polite and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub was entertaining. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was continental but adequate and sitting area was spacious and clean. Overall a very good experience."

"Hotel was OK, clean, beds were comfortable, there was a fairly good breakfast buffet. There were no gluten-free bread options, which was disappointing. The staff in the breakfast room were very nice. The front desk staff, although pleasant, made no effort to contact us to let us know if early check-in was possible (although I had requested it a week in advance and also called the morning of our arrival-it was available when we arrived at the hotel). I had also requested a top floor room if available, and yet we were not given a top floor room, although a person who had been checked in literally a minute before us was given a room on the top floor. They said there was no availability. Not a big deal but a bit frustrating. I have a feeling they didn't even look at the requests."

"Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, fridge and microwave in room, plenty of food choices with in a walking distance or short drive. The only down side was no hot tub and the pool was pretty chilly so my 8 year old did not want to swim in it. Breakfast in the morning was decent consisted of the usual continental breakfast things bagels, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, yogurt, pre cooked Belgian waffles and hard boiled eggs minus the waffle machine and warm eggs ect."
