"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges....

"The rooms very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest. We stayed for 2 nights and the services were good. The last at the reception received us even though we were late to check in. She helped with all the details we needed as soon as possible. Parking is expensive. But better to park in the premises than on road. Parking is€20 for 24 hours on first come first basis. Overall a good experience and we will choose Courtyard Marroitt again if we get a chance. "

"I wish that I could give the staff more than 5 stars for such excellent customer service. This hotel is a hidden gem in the lovely city of Bruges. Every little touch made our stay special. The room was very clean and contained everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. Should we ever return to Bruges, we would definitely stay here again."

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...
