"Good location and nice modern touches. But of a maze to get to the room with some stairs. Staff super helpful. Could be a bit cleaner in some areas. There was snot or something on the wall and the backside of the washroom door had dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom; I wiped them off"

"Parking shared with the other hotels, but not an issue. Extra cost for parking (daily). Gym was clean and kit well maintained. Lots of variety at breakfast, a very good spread and fresh hot options always available. A short taxi ride into Ghent (15-20 mins). Would stay again."

"Lovely room but arrived in 35 degree heat and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Asked 3 times for them to sort but returned after our evening out with it still not working so gave up. Breakfast was sensational! Mimosas and a wonderful selection of food. Location was fantastic and a small walk to all the beautiful tourist spots. Free parking a short walk away. "Room was nice and clean. The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful. Parking was good and with only 7 euros for 24 hours was brilliant value. The room could have done with a kettle and a choice of teas or coffees. For a budget hotel I was hoping that the room was a bit larger. Ideal if only stopping over for a day or so. The bed was comfortable."

"The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning."
