"Very disappointing stay. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that basic housekeeping standards had not been met. Most shockingly, there were suspicious, foul-looking brown smears on the wall, alongside a persistent stench coming from the bathroom. Basic hygiene and acceptable service were entirely absent. I would not recommend staying here."

"Travelling by car it was difficult to find hotel via satnav because there were road works and we could not approach hotel from the angle we arrived at. After much questioning we eventually found it. We thought parking was under hotel but we were directed to public car park which cost us 45 euros for two nights. Room was located on ground floor but was very stuffy and we could not open any windows. Was too hot to sleep and despite having thermostat in room could not get it to go below 16...
