"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"We were very early to check-in and just wanted to leave our bags we were offered an early check-in if we accepted an upgrade at a price, we were under no time pressure so declined to upgrade but we were then immediately checked in and given our rooms, I didn't like that as it suggested the hotel were trying to get more money out of us, a little thing but left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that although the room was very small it was OK, nothing special but OK."

"First of all, I believe we had the smallest room in the hotel. The shower area was literally 3 feet square. Not even for an average person. The sink is half a sink due to lack of room. When we asked the front desk if we could change to a bigger room, she said there was no availability. I must mention, when we checked in, she said we were lucky to have that room, because we were able to see Sacre Cour church. As far as cleanliness, the room was not cleaned once.
