"Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !"

"Great pod hotel in the city centre. The pods got enough space for you and your bag. Clean pods and the bathrooms where also clean, great showers. I slept great, only thing is that the mattress was a bit to hard for my liking, but that’s my preference. Tube and busses around the corner. Very close to Oxford Street and Leicester Square. I will definitely be back."

Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"They changed our room 3 times before finally putting us in a room where the A/C worked. The carpets in the hallways are very dirty and the rooms had a fish odor to them."

"Only a one night stay as it was close to Paddington Station to take Heathrow Express. The room was fine except for a lot of dark small hairs on the sheets and blanket which always give the ick feeling. It was easy to get in with code sent. Very quiet street and the room was quiet as well."

"The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property. The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc. Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos."

"We really can't fault the Hotel Casa Scaligeri! The staff are delightful, friendly, welcoming, efficient and very caring and knowledgable and empathetic when my husband was unwell. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are so comfortable. The air con isn't noisy and is very easy to control. Breakfasts are extremely generous, very tasty and there is a good variety of options, served at the friendly cafe around the corner. Nothing was too much effort for the staff there. We thoroughly enjoyed...
