"The staff was unfriendly and not eager to help. A queue in the morning before the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok. But the area where to take food is narrow->too crowded. Dirty windows in the room spoiled the view. The kit in the bathroom could be better for a 4-star hotel. In general, not a 4-star hotel."

Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"Nous avons eu un soucis de climatisation à notre arrivée. Après un échange via WhatsApp et un échange avec la réception. Notre problème a été résolu en 20 minutes même si il faisait déjà 21h30. Nous avons eu une autre chambre 😉😊"

"Rooms are very small with just the bed , no storage or closets in room . Bathroom has a glass door , ok for couples but not when sharing a room with children . Sink is outside the bathroom. Convenient location to all major attractions"
