Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"I have always stayed in a normal hotel while travelling with or without family. This is not a hotel. You cannot call the rooms, rooms. These rooms are like a Jail Cell without a window. Very Small. May be OK if single or Couple and on a very tight budget. No usual Amenities. Also They should have mentioned clearly, no windows. You loose concept of Day & Night specially while jet lagged. "Excellently value for money. Quadruple room for family 4 adults more than spacious. Free ferry a bonus. Canary Wharf on other side loads to do or onwards underground. Games room, bar and outdoor drinking area. Breakfast so/so but only £13 each. Tescos just outside and a great coffee shop at The Barn city farm 5 mins walk away"

"I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working."
