"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days."

Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen war auch gut, die Auswahl etwas überschaubarer aber völlig ausreichend."

"The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the ice restaurant is cold as you can imagine and food is ok for the cost. Drinks on the property are expensive. "

"Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If you check in after 3pm there is a chance you will get a room that isn’t like that pictures - when I request to get another room a man was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with but when I went back and spoke to a woman she resolved the issue very quickly and smoothly. No face towels, but the location was good."

"Staff were helpful and seemed pleasant, although didn't really need to ask them for much. The room itself was lovely and decent sized, beautiful balcony and an amazing view of Canary Wharf one side and London the other. The bathroom wasn't dirty but definitely looked worn and needed a revamp. The one thing that really let it down was the air-con wasn't working which I get happens however, we were told after we'd already checked in etc. which wasn't comfortable in the slightest when its warm and...

"Room was set up for a family not a couple No room serviced. I did not ask for this Had to speak to 3 different people to get this sorted Did not take a card at check in Did not get my discount as could not see it on the computer Disappointed stay as had stayed before and was far better"

"This is a chic hotel a short walk from Westminster and all the major attractions in central London. Note that if you are arriving by Underground, the District Line Station at Earl's Court is about 15 minutes away. Very good breakfast. I like modern hotels in London at reasonable prices and I would certainly stay here again"

"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."
