From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Vrimal at check-in, who was incredibly professional, warm, and efficient. She set the tone for our entire stay with her kindness and attention to detail. Wrencylle, who assisted us during the last two days, was also wonderful and attentive.
The facility was very clean, and the location could not have been better. Everything within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible. Although the surrounding area may not be highly recommended by some for the nearby businesses, I can honestly say that for me and my young adult daughter, it worked out perfectly and we felt very comfortable.
The only small constructive note would be regarding the shower design, as water tends to splash outside the shower area. However, we understand that improvements are already underway. The espresso machine in the room was a delightful and unexpected touch.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly return!
