"Room and view was fantastic"

"Excellent accommodations and superb customer service. "

"Hi , I am very upset because I booked a room for Friday the 3rd of September at urban park, but urban park hotel is closed. I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! It is unacceptable and unprofessional of Expedia to do that!"

"We did not use the Hotel..due to the problem of carpet...I discovered that carpets are dirty...with stains . I have a servere sinus..so i had to move to another place. "

"The rooms was nice and big."

"Hotel was by and large o.k., but not as good as we had been expecting from some of the reviews. Contrary to the description on Venere at the time, there is NO pool. Lots of young children in this larger type of guesthouse equalled higher noise levels than we would ideally have liked. Not top of our list for a return visit to the area."

"We were not allowed to enter the premises . The guard did not open up . So there’s our payment gone "

"Excellent staff, food and rooms.Design of hotel is good. Only disappointment was security and night staff did nothing to keep the Paarl Boys High Hockey team quite despire multiple calls to the reception and night manager "
