"Paid about $800 dollars for a room, and not be able to check til almost 5:00. Pool is not heated... They won't let you use a luggage cart, you are forced to use their bell hop. There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property. "

"On a Saturday there was no fresh coffee available until 7am and then they charged about $4 for it. And to get free WiFi you were required to sign up for their Honors program. Not what I would expect with a room priced at the top of the market. "

"I told the night person that I wanted to stay an extra day and he said no problem and then the day person said I had to leave I couldn't stay in that room"

"This is the place to stay good price nice clean and not far from the beaches...well recommended.."

"Room had a smell to it. It wasn’t properly swept, there was dog food on floor from previous persons that stayed. Sheets had blood stains on them."

"The first room we had the key didn’t work three times. She upgraded us because of this issue which was nice however the room was a basic hotel room so wasn’t anything fancy. I would be mad if I paid a lot of money for that room because it was nothing fancy. Overall tho it’s a okay two night place to stay "
