"Staff were not helpful. We stay to eat at one sushi restaurant inside but we order stake for dinner. Food was not cooked well and waitress didn't even came onces to check on as. I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. ...

Si pudiera sugerir algo es sobre las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito pero está un poco descuidado, las camas estaban arruinadas y el área de la piscina tenía el piso levantado y podía haber sido un poco inseguro si uno estaba mojado.
