"We booked a double room well in advance for a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 small children. Total disappointment. When we arrived, they only had a single room for us. They first claimed that Expedia had not sent them the reservation details correctly, but later they saw that the information was actually correct. It was obvious they had given our room to someone else because the hotel was full. The only solution they offered was to add an extra bed to the single room. They also said they could not refund the money because the booking was made through Expedia. Be careful.
