The property itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It is within walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. We loved their breakfast options. But what stood out the most was Alejandro's bubbly and friendly personality. He made sure we enjoyed our stay, right from check-in till check-out. We highly recommend this place.

Room was clean and proper for the price. This hotel is only 2 months old, so rooms are new and bed was comfy. Service from the staff was excellent. Continental breakfast was nice, with one choice of your liking a la carté. We didn't bring a car, but parking was limited with spots for 2 or 3 cars.

Clean rooms, friendly above and beyond staff; they really made sure my mom had a great stay at this place. Breakfast she tells me was delicious and the again cannot stop bragging about how amazing the staff was. Salvadoran people are the sweetest and most friendly people. The hotel is in a location of walking distance to restaurants and clubs. Is a safe area (the whole country is safe) but I will definitely be staying at this place when I go to El Salvador with my boyfriend on our next trip.

I was very impressed by how nice this place was, how clean and the staff go out if their way to help you. They are beyond nice and very professional. The also can give you ideas where to go. I will definitely stay at this place again and I would highly recommend it. It is walking distance to mall, bars restaurants and what we no longer have in US which is Tony Romas.

Everyome was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely recommend here and will return. Piece of advice walk around as you get there as there is alot of shopping in walking distance that I only realized on my last two days. But the place is very nice and the staff really try to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The bagel breakfast is the best.

An Exceptional Stay at Hotel Madeira! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Madeira for six nights, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The breakfast was a wonderful highlight of our stay. It’s included with the room, and you can choose from a menu. Every morning we enjoyed fresh orange juice, coffee, sweet bread, fresh fruit, and even mimosas! Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was such a treat to start each morning that way. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we loved that it was cleaned every day. The attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special mention goes to Alejandro, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay a great one. The location is also fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out easy and convenient. After six wonderful nights, we left feeling like we had found a true gem in San Salvador. Hotel Madeira exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. If you’re visiting San Salvador, I highly recommend Hotel Madeira. Great location, wonderful breakfast, spotless rooms, and exceptional service.

Service at this hotel was amazing, complemantary mimosa at breakfast was a very nice surprise for us, from check in to our last day everyone was very hepful. Walking distance to Zona Rosa, with a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacies etc. If you stay here and need recomendations ask Alejandro he will take his time to write a list of places or restaurants for you to visit while in El Salvador.
