"This hotel is in serious need of remodeling and better maintenance. During my stay, my room key was deactivated every single day. I had to go back to the front desk and reactivate it after almost every use, which became very frustrating.
Another issue was the inconsistency among staff. When I asked questions, employees often gave different answers, so it was difficult to get clear or reliable information.
The room itself was acceptable at first glance, but the bathroom was old and not very clean. The shower door and tile had visible mildew that appeared to be permanent and had not been properly addressed. The toilet seat was old and stained, the sink hardware had rust on it, and the stone countertop was cracked.
The elevator also did not work properly. It would sometimes reset while in use, and if someone pressed the same button again, it would clear the floor selection and cause the elevator to skip floors or go in the opposite direction.
Overall, the stay was disappointing. With better maintenance, cleaning, and clearer communication from staff, the experience could be much better."
"The place is good, the staff is always available, It is located in a residential area. From the outside is looks like any other house, so it easy to miss the only thing that they should upgrade are the towels; They were old and rough. "
"No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber. "
"The property was okay; the pictures are dated and the rooftop area was misrepresented (it is not as big - we had to fight for seats). Our shower also had mold in the top left corner, which was a bit concerning. The service was just okay; you had to constantly flag someone down for service and could not pay with large bills. The property also misrepresented the “shuttle service to the airport” - it is advertised as a free amenity that comes with staying at the property (it is the only reason we booked this hotel), but we were told you had to pay 15QUE PER PERSON (not trip). We ended up getting an uber for 10QUE for all 4 of us. "
