Great location for quick safe walk to the high end malls 1-2 blocks away with many nice restaurants. Easy Uber access to Zone 16 for Paseo Cayalá signature carved statue of reclining man coming out of the grass and high-end shops , cafes and beautiful church and building architecture! The rooftop pool area is expansive and relaxing. Fabulous rotating restaurant on the 18th floor with great views of Guatemala .

Great Stay in Guatemala City! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, attractions, and transportation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was very convenient to get around Guatemala City from here. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala! DONT FORGET TO VISIT THEIR ROOF-TOP RESTAURANT Restaurante giratorio ;-)

The rooms are on a busy street, so expect very loud commuter trucks going by all night. Beautiful rooftop restaurant that is on a propeller that goes around in a circle.

The hotel was nice and clean but you can see its getting a little old. Also we were in the 11 floor and there was an electrical closet that made a thumping sound all night. The pool was extremely cold and even though they supposedly open it at 6 the cleaning machine was there at 8 when we came down, But overall my family and I had a great stay.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and the room was great. The shuttle service to the airport was also very good. (The only thing that I do not recommend is the restaurant. The view was nice but the food was not good. Frozen appetizer and the main course was also cold)
