"I loved the attention to detail in the room. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. My only regret is that I didn’t arrive until 8:15pm and had to leave by 8:30am the next morning to catch another flight. I...

"DON’T STAY HERE!!!
Very unsafe neighbourhood. No complimentary transfers available as car was broken. Front security gate was broken. Location is not three minutes from the airport as it claims to be. No way this is a four star place.
Room door only has a glass door with a flimsy internal door lock. Man tried to enter our room. We arrived, had a look and left after 5 minutes to a safer environment. Please don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures and convenient options on the Expedia listing. I...

"Hotel super antigo e nada de padrão Mercure. Nos deram um quarto com ar condicionado vazando agua por toda a sala e por isso tinha um cheiro horrivel de mofo. É tipo um apart hotel, tinja 2 quartos, sala com cozinha e banheiro. Mas o ar so na dala. Depois de reckamarz nos trocaram de quarto para um meljor. Mas nao se compara a outros Mercure que ja fiquei.
