"Great hotel. Great room service. Food was lovely. Had a sea view room on 4th floor. Only thing would be to remove the silly dressing table from the room so we could sit in the bay window. Its just not necessary in the room."

"We had a great little stay here for my daughters 18th birthday. Free cookies on arrival, plus cans water for the room. The room was spotless on arrival. We used the facilities and enjoyed both the gym and the pool. We will be back! Highly recommend."

Shame owners had let it get j to such a bad state. 1 lift only suitable for 1 1/2 persons only working lift in whole building for over a week no sign of maintenance being done."

"lovely room clean and with a great view. Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfy and there was an iron, coffee machine with both real and decaf pods as well as robes and slippers. it was a premium room but the extra touches were thoughtful and useful. "

"The property was clean throughout and some decorating had been done. Areas had been carpeted and they were getting ready for the start of the season. Staff were helpful and polite and dealt with anything we enquired about. There was a lovely sea view right across from the front of the Majestic. "Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully...
