"We had a lovely stay. The staff could not have done enough for you. The place is kinda old fashioned but i think that part of its charm. The food served in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The staff were wonderful. Apparently the (waiting) staff dont really get many tips, so you may want to tip separately rather at the end of the stay to ensure they get it. It wasnt clear. Uncomfortable and rundown but the kids had fun
"The blue coats were entertaining and this meant my children had fun. Other than that it was awful. Half the on park fun is closed due to maintenance, the sofa beds are solid and I woke up feeling injured and there is not any ventilation in the main hall. During the football there was one person serving drinks in the pub and this was the only place to get one from so he covered the main hall (panto on), arcades, arts and craft area in 22 degrees heat. The arts and crafts area wasnt doing paint as it made a mess and there was only one felt tip that worked, the soft play was disgusting. Do not eat in the restaurant."
