"Our room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was always nice and friendly. The resort is quiet, well maintained, and lovely with an open beach to watch sunsets. Buffet breakfast offer lots of options including native food dishes and an omelette station every morning. There is also a swimming up bar at the pool that serve good cocktail drinks. I would stay there again."

Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM. The room was very big with a nice ocean view. Only one drawback: It was a bit confusing entering the cafe/restaurant area for dinner & breakfast because there was nobody at front to greet me, show me to a table and give me a menu. "We had three nights stay, following 3 nights at the sister resort - Sudamala Komodo. Both resorts are fantastic and highly recommended but this was our favourite. A tropical island with a reef full with fish. We also had days trips to Komodo and diving which were great experiences. The food is lovely.
