"Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi. "

"綺麗でまだ新しい朝食も美味しかったタオルがなかったのは驚きましたが、ちゃんと持ってきてくれました。忘れてたんでしょう。近くにコンビニがあり、ホテルの隣に安くて美味しいご飯が食べれるお店がありました。早朝の大音量のイスラム教のお祈り？も聞こえませんでした。快適でした。"

"Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request.
