"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. "I really liked it here even though i'm used to really nice hotells but Ben is so friendly and really makes you feel welcome and really gets out of his way to make your stay as good as possible. Ben and his brother Barry speaks good English and really enjoys meeting new people and hear about their lives and tell you about theirs. He also arranges trips to Ijen and some other places which is often the reason why you are in Banyuwangi. This is a homestay place and not an hotel so the standards is...
