"Good location and family-friendly."

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. The price for the jeep excursion is overpriced. The food is also very overpriced for the product you are receiving. The breakfast is “included” but the coffee machine offered is not very functional...

"Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa."

"The hotel is new and very beautiful surroundings view, the only problem is the service in the restaurant, it takes too long to wait for meal to be served. They definitely need to improve their restaurant management."

"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"

"Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."
