"Attended a Wedding at the property which performed an excellent venue and service. Next days breakfast was one of the best we have had with many options from fresh food menu served by polite helpful staff. Recommend a visit if your in the area."

"Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable bed, room spotless, plenty of tea and coffee. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Inexpensive stop over. Plenty of parking and close to all transport links. Use regularly."

"This was a great stay for the night before hiking the west highland way. Although the outside and adjoining facilities look rundown, the room itself was very pleasant, and the check-in staff were friendly, warm, and inviting. Best bedding of the entire trip!"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Boclair - the building is a lovely art deco style building. Very clean, great room and a lovely breakfast. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. We had a great chat with Brendan on the front desk and we would highly recommend the hotel. "

"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond.
