"Room was clean and well stocked. Toilets were too low to be comfortable for a senior and it did not flush properly right from the beginning."

"Ants in the room on the floor. And pool closed even after I called to ask if open. Fortunately the staff accommodated us packing up in the storm to move to another hotel across the parking lot to Homewood suites. Homewood suites had great accommodations and pool open. Breakfast ok but food sometimes cold. The staff could not keep up to the replenishment even though they tried. "

"Yesterday the weather was terrible. Because of travel advisories to not drive, I could not go to my event. I tried to cancel my booking using chat, and was blocked from chatting. I had to forfeit the fees I paid to reserve. I am not pleased. Chris Ryan"
