"Great option for before or after spending the day at Thermea spa. (Less than 20 min drive)
Room was spacious and very clean. Room service available until 10pm.
The pool area was very nice with a hot tub, dry sauna and steam room. Would stay again! "

"Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way.
Secondly, neither TV would stream even though we tried multiple times. The remotes only worked intermittently.
Don’t have breakfast there if you have high blood pressure - the bacon was so salty it was almost inedible.
Lastly, the noise was insane. There were kids running up and down the hallway until...

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine.
However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. There was also a constant drip from the bathtub faucet, and the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it hard to rest.
The room temperature was another issue — it was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make any difference. On top of that, noise from the nearby highway was very...
