"Beautiful hotel with a perfect location a few steps from the old town. Immaculately clean, large, comfortable modern rooms with every amenity. Lovely terrace, lounge and bar. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options and very good restaurant. Professional, helpful, friendly staff. We had a fantastic stay and can’t recommend it too highly."

"arrived on an early flight but there was no rooms ready for an early check in (11.30) ? - hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than expected with very good service. Position of the hotel was ideal with easy access by walking along a promenade to Lapad. 3 bus routes to the city were only 100mtrs away with at least 4 buses an hour. Checkout was slow - only 1 person on the desk at 10.55 and it took over 20 mins. to process 4 families leaving and 2 arriving (there also was a queue behind us). Happy to visit Dubrovnik again and stay at the Princess. "

"Set up high you get stunning views across Dubrovnik and the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The spa was great with a lovely indoor pool - unfortunately the weather wasn’t good for the outdoor pool bbt we had a thoroughly lovely stay. Would recommend and will be visiting again. "

"My daughter and I returned home last night after having an absolutely wonderful time at a beautiful hotel. The hotel was amazing, and we were thrilled with the quality of the breakfast and dinner that were provided. I am so glad we opted for the half board option, and I recommend that you do the same. Despite booking a basic room, we were still extremely pleased with the super clean and spacious room that had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music that was performed in the bar every night. The outdoor and indoor pools were both fantastic and added to our enjoyment of the trip. It took us just 11 minutes and 6 euros by Uber to get to the old city. Overall, we rate this city and hotel a perfect 10 out of 10!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent just steps from the beach in Lapad. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and knowledgeable. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. It was her last day and last hour working as she was going back to university. She helped us get an Uber ride to take us to the marina. She was truly lovely and kind up to the last minute she worked. This is very telling of what a wonderful character she has. We spent two separate nights here a week apart. The first night we had a hotel room that was smaller and the bathroom was teensy tiny. The second night we spent there a week later, we had a much bigger room and a much bigger bathroom. Both had balconies with great views."
