"The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. "Functional hotel geared towards large groups, has all basics but lacks anything special. It’s well located with nice views and a short walk to town. It has lots of posters for various trips, an ATM right in the reception, piles of luggage, basic decor all of which detracts from the experience. A little bit of touching up will help a lot."

"We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"Ok hotel. Water view is only for few rooms. Annex building where I am at has no / elevator. Buffet Breakfast is good. Staff are ok. Info provided on check in is so limited. "

"Cozy room on third floor (no elevator so travel light!), room was bright and clean with coffee/tea and a mini fridge, quiet area but near to core district. Not sure if any staff is usually on-site, communication was by email Shower was unfortunately broken and drain clogged so that was frustrating. I did report it and they said it would be repaired the next morning but I was already leaving. Not sure if / why not the previous guest reported it..."

"Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spotless, spacious and the sea view was well worth the extra money. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful, I’d highly recommend the magnesium full body treatment. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym, it could do with a bit more space for floor/ mat work. Staff were very friendly and attentive. "The hotel was perfect albeit a little older/run down. The bathroom was small but you can tell the staff really takes care and thoroughly cleans the space. The hotel was perfect walking distance to the old town which was great for shopping and dining. The pool was clean and refreshing the pool deck was everything was wanted it to be. the staff was attentive and helpful with recommendations for where to eat and what to do."

"Location, location, location is everything. Pucic palace is in the heat of old town, so you get to experience the sights, the sounds and the Croatian culture first hand. You get to feel the closeness of the old city, the humor and the friendliness of the occupants.. and then of course it’s the food. Every Mediterranean dish is available from breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the beverage of your choice, and nobody is rushing you. "This is a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s in the heart of old town. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik. It was clean, well situated, and the owner was very nice. I will warn that it is at the top of a great set of stairs. We don’t travel light so carrying our suitcases to the very top was a great challenge. Also, cars cannot go into old town, so you’ll have to walk 10 minutes to get to the apartment."
