"Sauna didn’t work"

"Parking was good , staff even better. Check in and out was easy as well. "

"Hotel smelled musty cotton balls, our room reeked of must an smoke. Very poor cleaning was done in the room. Lamp cord even had clumps of dust, the tiles around the Jett tub and on the floor were broke, Jett tub wasn’t fully functional as some of the jets didn’t even work. The bed had 5 small pillows an no large ones which was weird. Bathroom sink was cracked. Breakfast was a joke, we went down around 8am an it didn’t end until 9am but they were almost out of Everything a didn’t bother to refill...

"The complementary breakfast and happy hour was the best. My son loved that he got to swim every day. Furniture in rooms a little weathered but clean. Fine."

"Parking was great. Didn't eat in house Our 2 complaints were peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways. The biggest issue is we had no hot water on Saturday 3/21. Was very disappointed in our stay with the exception of the staff we had to deal with."

"The pool area was disgusting. They never cleaned it, they didn’t skim the pool or clean the flooring around it. They never had pool towels either. Breakfast quality was okay. Our second day they were always out of food. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and I’ve never had one where the walls are so thin. You could hear everything. You also could not control your thermostat so our room was around 76-77, we even left the window open. "

"Hotel was clean, front desk staff was super helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was a little busy but there was a constant replenishing of food items and someone was always there cleaning up the area. Overall we would book again in the future. "

"Parking was great. I would love if you could access your floor from the parking garage instead of going back to the second floor. Also bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. Clean, great view, and staff was amazing."

"It rained and leaked everywhere. Into the room and the lobby was flooded. They told me i had to switch rooms. Building engineer handed me a key and left. No help in moving my stuff."

"No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend."
