"La calidad del buffet para desayunar es regular ya que frecuentemente la comida estaba templada o fría. El jugo de manzana tenía restos de naranja. La variedad de alimentos es nula ya que todos los días se sirve lo mismo. El personal de recepción intolerante y mal encarado. Solo un chico muy amable pero el resto de las chicas con poco criterio y groseras. La limpieza en las habitaciones podría mejorar. La lavandería es una excelente opción en el hotel"

"Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was...

"They say when you come to Euskadi you don't make friends, you make family. Well... at Maria Chirtina they make you feel at home. The attention to details, the service and the beautiful architecture and decor make it one of the finest hotels I've been in my life. Will come back for sure!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Luxe for 2 nights … lovely hotel located just outside San Sebastián (SS) on the cliff tops. Food from the Bistro was excellent (the main restaurant closes on a Sunday and Monday) …. Perfect for trips into SS using the local bus (number 16 -2 Euros fare) and a taxi or bus back as parking is very difficult in SS. Hotel ideal as a base for exploring the delights of SS and the Basque region… highly recommended"

"The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location close to the Old Town (about a 10 min walk) and the main La Concha beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, with great air-conditioning, which was ideal for the heatwave! You can even borrow towels for the beach, you just need to leave a deposit at the front desk, which is fab if you're packing light! The only negative we have to say is the bed was really uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade - bedsprings we're digging into us whilst we slept!!...

"Sehr schönes Hotel abseits des großen tourimus. Bahnstation 2 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Negativer Punkt: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Vor allem ist die Tür so gut wie gar nicht gedämmt, wodurch man alle Gespräche/Türen außerhalb des eigenen Raums hört. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!"
