"The hotel was amazing. In a great location, breakfast was so good. My issue was at "check out". We had an early flight so we went down to check out about 5:30 am. There was a gal behind the counter, in the corner, sitting on a chair with her feet up on another chair covered by a blanket. She made no attempt to get up and just looked at me.
