Una estadía de pesadilla

Un poco complicado y decepcionante mi estancia en este hotel pues los cuartos no tienen cafetera , solo un elevador de los dos que tiene funcionaba y estaba sucio , mi estancia incluía desayuno y el desayuno que tienen disponible era una cajita de oatmeal nada mas, mi primer noche fue una pesadilla ya que los huéspedes que rentaron el cuarto de enfrente hacían mucho ruido con música tenían party a altas horas de la noche y no había nadie en el Hotel con quien poner la queja sobre eso hasta el siguiente día , creo que es la primera y última vez que me hospedo ahí y no lo recomiendo a nadie

No AC/heat

Upon arrival we were informed that once the car was parked it would be locked in the garage and we would not be able to access it until the next day. We were then sent to our room where there was no AC / heat and the room was 78 degrees. Then when we inquired about that, we were told the building is too old and they can’t figure out how to regulate it, so we were offered a box fan and told to open the windows of our 8th floor room. The windows had no screens... At this point we asked to have our stay refunded completely which the manager did and we found another hotel in the area.

Nice location. Close to metro and local sights, easy to get around. Lots of restaurants nearby. However, the room was loud, we could hear TVs playing all night, coffee wasn’t always available. Poor service from the staff, not helpful at all. Got overcharged for our room. Very disappointed. Would not return.

Descaso com os clientes!

A localização é boa, perto do metro. Não há café da manhã (o que oferecem é algum bolinho ou café que deve ser solicitado no balcão). O quarto é razoável e bem arrumado, e limpo. A experiência foi decepcionante, pois fiz uma compra pela Amazon com pedido de entrega neste hotel. A transportadora (UPS) tem um recibo de entrega, porém o hotel insistiu que a mercadoria não estava lá. A gerente fez pouco esforço para solucionar a situação, sempre transferindo a responsabilidade para os outros (principalmente a UPS), apenas orientando telefonar para as empresas responsáveis. Tivemos que voltar para casa sem a mercadoria e sem o dinheiro. Uma vergonha!!! Por esta razã, não recomendo este hotel!

Red Lion - DC

Check-in was a little odd in that they had a toolbox converted as their "counter". Not the most efficient when multiple people are waiting. Room was great but they should default for a minimum of 2 towels per person. We had to grab them off their cart in the evening. Excellent location.

The property smelled like weed. It lingered into our room. When we arrived the smell was on the hall. We checked into a chest tool box with a computer. The room was 80 degrees. The cooling system did. It work

Rooms nice. No complaints. VERY NOISY - so not enough sound proofing from L ST. Was very difficult to sleep as noise went through the night. Staff is nice and cordial. Other than the noise - I'd stay here - just not on the L ST Side.

No me gusto que no reponen toallas ni, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador. Estoy seguro de haber visto la oferta que era con desayuno pero al hospedarme me dijeron que no y no tenía nada para comprobarlo, Creo que estas ofertas engañosas no debieran suceder mas en EXPEDIA

Good price, better location, best service

The people who work here were amazing and friendly! They were quick to help and share information. The hotel itself is certainly older, which presents its own issues. The air conditioning could not be turned on because it is on central heat and air; it was 80 without turning on anything. The staff provided a box fan to help out and we had to sleep with the windows open. The water also had to be turned on full hot and no cold in order to get a hot shower. The cleaning crew did not replace the towels when they came in to clean only making the bed and taking the trash. It’s perfectly situated to walk to the National Mall and to the Smithsonian Museums - I made it with a broken leg with very little issues.

Very pleased with Hotel RL DC

Yes, this hotel & the older building it's in has it quirks, but if you go in knowing that then it has a lot to offer. The unique coffee shop/lobby was not an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were both simple and we were greeted very kindly every time we left or returned. The room was huge and so was the TV! WiFi worked well in the room and the beds were comfortable. It lacked some furniture, but at the same time a full sofa was nice to have. The bathroom was a little small and dated, but nothing that detracted from the stay. As for the uncontrollable heat, we kept ours turned off and occasionally cracked the window when it was still too warm -- we faced the alley so traffic noise was at a minimum. I have buried the lead, but the location is great! Having both the Farragut West and North metro stations nearby was perfect, plus it's not a far walk to the White House & National Mall. For the price I would definitely stay here again. Also, make sure to go one block over and get a sandwich at Bub & Pop's. Saw them featured on the Food Network and had some of the best sandwiches ever.

RL joke

Bathroom was disgusting, shower curtain barely worked and walls were gross. Also, there is parking available like they said, but only if you want to pay them an extra 45 dollars which is a joke! Also, there was no tv remote and had to go get one. Set heater at 68, woke up to room being 81 and climbing. Was just a joke for that much money. Wouldnt pay 25 dollars to stay there again.
